bathroom
So... we started renovating our bathroom. Not very nice at all, thank you. We removed all the false walls and the false ceiling - and found dirty laundry as isolation material. Some mouse droppings as well. The picture below shows the current, stripped, room.
Things to be done: remove the old floor planks, check the floor beams, if necessary make them level, construct new false wals and ceiling - including redoing all the electricity, water and sewage pipework, and last but not least place a new shower cabin, bath, two sinks and some cupboards. And a new toilet.
One more thing: in order to place all these nice new bathroom furnitures, we (I) have to redo all the sewage pipes from the bathroom down to the ground floor, outside. Nice, nice.

Oh dear...
This looks like a very familiar situations.
Thanks for the tip on the dry plaster walls. Much appreciated.
